Starts with – The preparation / protecting landscaping and windows, removing the existing roofing system, making repairs as needed to the substrate- roof deck, installing underlayment and or insulation boards, installing the primary roofing system, installing accessory; pipes etc., sealing walls and roof penetrations, and making a final walk through and clean up.
All roofs need some sort of maintenance and should be inspected every 5 – 8 years for signs of damage.

While our team does its best to minimize the disruption to your daily life, there are certainly situations in which you may decide to temporarily relocate until the project is completed, especially if there are unavoidable and unforeseen delays in the process.

Get a detailed quote from your potential roofer and make sure it shows everything that was discussed in your meeting. It’s also important to ask for referrals and speak to some previous customers. Confirm that the roofer cleaned up after themselves, finished the job when they said they would, addressed any issues proactively, and didn’t stray away from the contract..
